Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with current credentials
• Minimum of two years’ experience in CVOR nursing or high-acuity cardiac surgery settings
• Proficiency in circulating and scrubbing cardiac procedures
• Strong knowledge of operating room protocols, sterile technique, and emergency response
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on patient care throughout the pre-, intra-, and post-operative cardiovascular surgical phases
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and the broader perioperative team to ensure positive outcomes
• Manage instrument and equipment preparation, inventory, and documentation
• Continuously monitor patients' conditions, swiftly responding to complications or changes
• Maintain strict adherence to all safety and infection control standards

$2,580 - $2,729/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
