Are you driven, outgoing, and hungry for success? Southern Showers is looking for self-motivated individuals to join our growing marketing team as a Canvasser.
Southern Showers is hiring entry level sales representatives to help introduce homeowners to our award-winning home improvement services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in marketing, sales, or leadership while earning competitive pay with unlimited bonus potential.

Responsibilities include :
- Engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations
- Build rapport and create positive first impressions
- Conduct brief home assessments to identify homeowner needs
- Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
- Accurately document customer information using company tools
- Represent the company professionally in the community
- Work closely with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Requirements

- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville office
- Valid driver's license
- Professional appearance
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout neighborhoods
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and some weekends
