Quality starts with you! TA Staffing is hiring Warehouse Quality Associates in Spring Hill, TN. In this role, accuracy matters—every part you pick helps keep production moving. You'll use a tablet-based system to match and select parts by exact numeric and alphabetical identification, making sure production gets the right part at the right time.

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–12:30 AM

What You’ll Do

• Pick with Precision: Use a tablet-based picking system to locate and select the exact parts needed for production.
• Match Every Part: Verify both numeric and alphabetical part information to ensure the correct item is selected every time.
• Build Kitting Carts: Accurately place picked parts into the correct locations on kitting carts for delivery to production.
• Protect Production: Maintain a high level of accuracy—incorrect parts must be repicked and can delay or stop the production line.
• Keep Production Moving: Work at a consistent pace to ensure the right parts are delivered to the right place at the right time.
• Stay on the Move: Work on your feet throughout the entire shift, walking and moving continuously within the picking area.
• Receive & Stock: Unload incoming materials and accurately stock parts in their designated warehouse locations.
• Work Safely: Maintain an organized work area and follow all site-specific safety and PPE requirements.

What You’ll Need

• At least 6 months of warehouse, order picking, parts picking, or similar experience
• Ability to comfortably use a tablet-based picking system
• Strong ability to match and differentiate numeric and alphabetical part numbers
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to maintain the client's required 90% or greater accuracy standard
• Ability to work at a consistent pace without sacrificing accuracy
• Ability to remain on your feet, walk, and move throughout the entire shift
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand how your work directly impacts production and the team
• Commitment to following all safety and PPE requirements
