Rocky's Burgers, Franks & Fries is hiring early risers to join our Opening Prep Team in Minot, ND. This role is essential to ensuring our restaurant starts each day fully prepared, organized, and ready to serve guests with the quality and speed they expect from Rocky's. Key Responsibilities:

Prep fresh ingredients and assemble items for daily service

Stock, clean, and organize the kitchen for maximum efficiency

Collaborate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly

Assist with inventory tracking and restocking

Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Maintain a clean and organized prep area throughout the shift

Support cooks and managers with additional tasks as needed

Ensure all prep items meet Rocky's quality and freshness standards

Previous food prep experience is a plus, but not required
