Nurse Practitioner

with a passion for Geriatrics to join a collaborative, patient-centered team serving older adults across the Willamette Valley. This full-time role offers a balanced schedule, diverse clinical responsibilities, and the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of senior patients in both clinic and skilled nursing settings. About the Position -Monday through Friday schedule-Four 10-hour shifts per week-Average of 8-15 patients per day-Provide comprehensive care including chronic disease management, acute medical issues, and rehabilitation support in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities-Perform in-office procedures such as incision and drainage (I&D), cryotherapy, and shoulder/knee injections-No in-person call responsibilities-Help support internal medicine and family medicine residents during clinic rotations-Local travel to long-term care and assisted living facilities within the Willamette Valley-EPIC EMR utilized across the system Qualifications -Experience in geriatrics, skilled nursing, or assisted living care required (completed rotation in a nursing facility preferred)-Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills-Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care-Eligibility to work in the United States Compensation and Benefits -Competitive base salary with incentive opportunities-Starting bonus and relocation assistance-Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage-Paid malpractice with tail coverage-CME allowance and paid professional development days-Retirement plan options with employer contribution About the Community -Located in
