Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our residents! We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide quality daily care and support in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. Morning and overnight shifts available.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility

• Take vital signs and report any changes in resident condition

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Respond promptly to resident needs and support their overall well-being

• Follow facility policies, infection control, and safety procedures

Compensation

• Weekday pay starts at $20/hour with full benefits or up to $22/hour for no-frills options

• Weekend pay starts at $25/hour up to $27/hour

• Additional shift differentials available

• SIGN ON BONUS up to $1000

• REFERRAL BONUS up to $500

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification or currently enrolled in a state-approved Nurse Aide program

• CPR/BLS certification preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Caring, reliable, and patient-focused attitude

• Current CPR/BLS certification (e.g., American Heart Association)

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred
