We are seeking a Contingent Workforce Program Coordinator to support our client’s team. Created/Revised Date: 10/02/2026 Anticipated Closing Date: 11/02/2026 Job Title: Contingent Workforce Program Coordinator Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, about 25% onsite preferred) or Remote (EST time zone) The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $75.00 – $75.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Temporary, about 1 year FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours (EST) Job Summary: Process contingent worker lifecycle events in VNDLY, including worker records, work orders, extensions, assignment updates, profile changes, vendor transitions and new vendor setup. Coordinate day-one readiness and offboarding: system access, equipment, badges, manager communications and confirming access is shut off. Support contractor onboarding, including new-hire onboarding session logistics and materials, working with People Services and the onboarding team. Triage requests from the program inbox, the Jira ticket queue and Slack. Resolve or route them with context and keep response times within SLA. Support finance and billing: correct timesheets, trace payment and billing questions, and flag invoice and coding issues in Zip through to resolution. Reconcile rosters across VNDLY, Workday and vendor systems, and pull data for monthly program reporting. Run program admin: Google Drive and knowledge base upkeep, distribution lists, Slack channels, vendor scorecards, QBR scheduling and tracking vendor action items. Requirements: 2+ years in HR operations, staffing/recruiting operations or program coordination VMS/HRIS experience (VNDLY, Workday, Fieldglass, Beeline or similar) strongly preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented, with sound judgment and careful handling of confidential worker data Reliable and responsive to time-sensitive requests, and able to juggle shifting priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills with cross-functional partners Fluent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Slack, and interested in using automation and AI to improve processes Staffing industry or contingent workforce program experience is a plus Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements .
