You'll Be Responsible For
- Diagnosing HVAC system issues
- Repairing heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Performing maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Replacing components and improving system performance
- Delivering outstanding customer service on every call

Qualifications
We're looking for technicians who can hit the ground running.
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Professional attitude with excellent customer communication
Preferred:
- NATE Certification
- Experience mentoring or training other technicians
