Bilingual Sales Coordinator

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations and customer account activities. This position works closely with multiple internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely communication, and efficient operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer orders from receipt through completion.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer information.
- Assist with sales documentation, pricing requests, and administrative tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and account information.
- Work with internal departments to resolve order or service-related issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor order progress and communicate updates to customers.
- Support inventory planning and product availability when necessary.
- Schedule meetings and prepare business presentations.
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the commercial team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Professional proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, operations, or administrative coordination.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or similar business systems is a plus.
- Experience working in a corporate office environment is preferred.
