Therapist - Physical Therapist

$2299.76/week –

Job Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, focusing on improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. Evaluate patients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercises to enhance recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and establish treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient diagnoses.

• Administer therapeutic treatments to improve strength, mobility, and balance.

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery.

• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in physical therapy.

• Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or compact license for Colorado.

• Minimum of two years of outpatient PT experience; 3-5 years preferred.

• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.

• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
