Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Current and valid LPN license in the state of practice. Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
