Job Description Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy approaches to help them achieve their functional aspirations. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in synergy with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure seamless, holistic care. Education A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported. Certifications Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
