SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position. Location: Cape Canaveral Hospital - 701 West Cocoa Beach Causeway, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. Requirement: 1 year of previous supervisory experience required. Previous dietary experience is a plus. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as the point of contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor employees and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
