Fork Lift Operator

Job Description

A Fork Lift Operator plays a critical role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations by managing the safe and timely transport of materials throughout the facility. Working within a medium-sized team and reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this position demands precision, attention to safety protocols, and effective communication to support overall warehouse productivity.

Responsibilities

Handle materials using forklift equipment safely and efficiently
Load and unload goods from trucks and storage areas
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
Assist with order fulfillment to meet shipping deadlines
Collaborate closely with team members to optimize workflow

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in forklift operation
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of forklift operation and warehouse safety protocols
Basic understanding of inventory management
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
