Mount Vernon is a community hospital with 8 OR suites that serves the population in robotics, general, orthopedics, spine, plastics, ENT, urology, and gynecology. The OR functions 24/7 with the support of call team on off-shifts and holidays. It is a fast- paced environment that focuses on strong teamwork and patient safety. PACU Unit Supervisor Qualifications One year of nursing experience is required Degree from an accredited school of nursing, BSN, or ADN within one year of BSN completion RN License to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia BLS for Healthcare Provider certification is required from AHA Specialty certification (as required by unit) within one year from date of hire.
