Number of Beds: 467 with new 26 bed IRF
Number of Staff: approximately 40
Type of Staff: PT o Day Shift: 8-430 or 9-530 o Night Shift: NA
Patient Ratios 1:1
Type of Equipment: treadmill, car simulators, RT300, Bioness systems, BITS
Documentation System: Meditech
Call Requirements: rotating weekends
Typical Hiring Profile Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH) BLS PT license in Florida
List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s): 1.5 long treatment sessions, attending team conferences
Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently) IRF or SNF experience
Dress Code: Scrub Color light gray
