This full-time opportunity begins August 18, 2026, and continues through June 10, 2027, offering you a dynamic and rewarding school-year assignment focused on helping students reach their full communication potential.

Your skills and expertise will be key in supporting students with diverse needs, working closely with staff and families to create positive outcomes throughout various locations in the district. This onsite-only position runs Monday through Friday for a total of 35 hours per week, allowing you to engage meaningfully while maintaining a solid work-life balance.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid North Carolina SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload spanning multiple grade levels
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to K-12 students
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and family members to support student progress
• Serve as a resource for teachers and parents seeking guidance on communication disorders
• Complete timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings across assigned schools
