We’re looking for a Safety Manager II to lead from the field and help elevate safety across some of our most complex work, including mission-critical data center projects. This is an opportunity to join a growing program at the ground level, helping shape how safety is integrated into planning, execution, and daily operations from day one. This is a field-forward role—you’ll be embedded on active job sites, partnering closely with project teams, trade partners, and clients to proactively manage risk and drive a culture where safety is built into how work gets done. The anticipated salary range for this position is $96,000 - $125,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. What You Bring 5+ years of construction safety experience Experience supporting large, complex projects (data center experience strongly preferred) Ability to influence both field and project teams while managing third-party safety resources Strong understanding of construction scopes, including self-perform work (concrete, steel, carpentry, or industrial Proven ability to integrate safety into planning and field execution Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment Willingness to travel and work on active project sites Nice to Have Data center or mission-critical construction experience Experience supporting self-perform work Large project or multi-site safety leadership experience The Boldt Group and its subsidiaries engage recruiting agencies exclusively through our Enterprise Support Talent Acquisition team and only when a valid, Boldt approved agreement is in place.
