Location: Lehi, UT Hybrid

Pay: $22.00$23.15/hour

Duration: 6+ Month Contract | Potential Extension & Conversion

Schedule: Hybrid onsite 23 days per week

We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-paced healthcare team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare customer service, health insurance, medical claims, benefits, eligibility, or provider support .

What Youll Do

• Provide professional support to healthcare providers and their staff by phone and through provider portal messaging
• Research and resolve questions related to claims, benefits, eligibility, prior authorization, and coordination of benefits
• Assist with claim status, denials, appeals, overpayments, and billing-related questions
• Verify and communicate eligibility, coverage details, and benefit information
• Accurately document interactions and resolutions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and workflow improvements
• Educate providers on available self-service tools and best practices

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, customer support, customer service, medical claims, or health insurance
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to research and resolve complex customer or provider inquiries
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Familiarity with healthcare benefits, eligibility, claims, or prior authorization
• Experience with provider-facing or B2B healthcare support is a plus
• HIPAA knowledge is a plus
