Marketing Project & Communications Manager

Salience TMS Neuro Solutions

Job Description

Job Description:\n\nSUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:\nSalience Health is looking for a Marketing Project & Communications Manager who can bring structure, momentum, and consistency to a growing, multi-location Marketing Department. At the center of this role is exceptional project management. This person will coordinate marketing initiatives from idea through execution, building timelines, managing dependencies, driving approvals, coordinating internal and external partners, and making sure projects keep moving and deadlines are met. The right person is also a strong, thoughtful writer who can learn Salience deeply enough to help carry our voice across the work. Whether writing for patients, providers, employees, or the community, they should be able to take complex ideas and turn them into copy that is clear, human, accurate, and meaningful. This role touches nearly every part of Marketing and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, naturally accountable, comfortable working across channels, and equally interested in how the work sounds and how the work gets done.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES\n\nMarketing Project & Campaign Management\n• Manage marketing projects and integrated campaigns from planning through launch and completion.\n• Translate priorities into clear project plans, timelines, owners, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.\n• Maintain campaign, content, communications, PR, event, and production calendars.\n• Manage creative intake, assignments, production schedules, review cycles, approvals, and asset delivery.\n• Coordinate projects across providers, clinics, internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and other external partners.\n• Track outstanding work, anticipate roadblocks, and proactively communicate risks or delays.\n• Own follow-up and accountability so projects do not stall waiting for feedback, approvals, assets, or decisions.\n• Build repeatable workflows and processes that improve how Marketing operates.\n\nCopywriting & Brand Communications\n• Write and edit compelling copy across campaigns, email, websites, landing pages, provider communications, patient communications, internal and executive communications, social, print, events, and other marketing projects.\n• Coordinate internal communications across the organization, including communication planning, message development, stakeholder input, approvals, scheduling, and distribution.\n• Learn and help maintain the Salience voice across audiences and channels.\n• Translate clinical or complex information into language that is understandable without losing its meaning or accuracy.\n• Write with the audience in mind understanding that communicating with a patient requires something different than communicating with a physician or employee.\n• Edit and proofread work for voice, clarity, accuracy, consistency, and impact.\n• Work with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure messaging is both accurate and human.\n\nMarketing Operations & Execution\n• Coordinate day-to-day execution across digital, print, email, web, content, events, PR, and other marketing channels.\n• Coordinate website and intranet content, updates, publishing, and ongoing content maintenance. \n• Support campaign setup, scheduling, testing, QA, launch readiness, and distribution.\n• Coordinate website and intranet updates and routine publishing.\n• Manage print, collateral, signage, inventory, proofs, production, and delivery.\n• Maintain organized and accessible marketing assets, files, and project documentation.\n• Coordinate agencies, printers, freelancers, media partners, and other vendors.\n• Track marketing invoices, POs, subscriptions, renewals, purchasing documentation, and recurring commitments.\n\nPerformance & Reporting\n• Maintain recurring marketing dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards.\n• Monitor campaign pacing, lead volume, conversion trends, and performance against established goals.\n• Identify meaningful trends, issues, or opportunities and help coordinate appropriate next steps.\n• Consolidate performance information from CRM, analytics, agencies, paid media, and other marketing platforms.\n• Monitor campaign links, forms, landing pages, and digital experiences for accuracy and functionality.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n\nSuccess in this role means marketing work moves forward with greater visibility, consistency, quality, and accountability. Projects have clear owners and deadlines, campaigns launch on time, and approvals, assets, or unanswered questions don't quietly stall progress. You keep internal teams and external partners aligned, reporting current, and the details organized while anticipating potential roadblocks early enough to solve them before they become problems. That same level of care carries into how Salience communicates. Our writing should be clear, thoughtful, accurate, and human, making complex clinical information understandable without losing its meaning. Whether we're speaking to a patient, provider, employee, or community partner, our communication should reflect both the credibility of our work and the heart behind it.\n\n What It Takes to Succeed:\n• Exceptional Project Management: You naturally create structure, establish ownership, manage competing priorities, and drive work through completion.\n• Strong Copywriting: You understand voice, tone, audience, messaging, and storytelling and can turn complicated ideas into clear, compelling copy.\n• Operational Ownership: You don't simply identify that something is behind—you determine what needs to happen to move it forward.\n• Marketing Fluency: You understand how content, creative, digital, paid media, email, web, PR, events, and analytics work together.\n• Proactive Communication: You follow up, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders informed.\n• Attention to Detail: You care about accuracy, quality, and the small things without losing sight of the larger objective.\n• Heart: You understand that behavioral healthcare is different. The words we use matter because the people behind the work matter.\n\n \nADA Statement\n\nSalience Health is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities so they can perform the essential functions of their position. The requirements described above are representative of those necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of the role and are not intended to exclude qualified individuals who may be able to perform the essential functions with reasonable accommodation.\n\nEEOC Disclosure\n\nSalience is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. Salience is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities and to applicants throughout the hiring process, consistent with applicable law.\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\n\nSKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS\n• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, English, or a related field.\n• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, campaign management, marketing communications, or a related role.\n• Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple marketing projects and priorities.\n• Strong professional copywriting and editing experience; writing samples will be required.\n• Experience working across digital and traditional marketing channels.\n• Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, email marketing, website/CMS platforms, analytics, and conversion optimization.\n• Experience with CRM and marketing platforms.\n• Experience coordinating agencies, vendors, freelancers, or other external partners.\n• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.\nPreferred\n• Healthcare, behavioral health, medical practice, or other patient-facing industry experience.\n• Experience translating clinical, technical, or complex information for different audiences.\n• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare marketing considerations.\n• Experience supporting multiple locations or service lines.\n• Salesforce or similar CRM experience.\n\nEssential Functions / Physical & Environmental Requirements\n\nEssential Functions\n• Perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.\n• Manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.\n• Communicate effectively and professionally with employees, providers, leadership, vendors, agencies, and other external partners.\n• Develop, review, edit, and approve written and digital content with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.\n• Use computers, software applications, communication platforms, project management systems, CRM and marketing platforms, analytics tools, content management systems, and other technology required to perform the role.\n• Attend and actively participate in meetings, presentations, project reviews, planning sessions, and other work-related activities.\n• Regularly access, organize, review, and maintain digital files, marketing assets, project documentation, reports, calendars, and other business records.\n• Coordinate activities across multiple locations and departments and occasionally travel between company locations, events, or other work sites as required.\n• Meet established deadlines and respond appropriately to changing priorities, urgent requests, and time-sensitive business needs.\n• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive organizational, patient-facing, employee, and business information appropriately.\n• Perform other duties and responsibilities consistent with the position and the needs of the organization.\n\nWork Environment\n• Work is primarily performed in a professional office and/or clinical environment.\n• Regular interaction with employees, providers, leadership, patients, vendors, agencies, and other members of the organization or community may occur.\n• The position requires frequent use of standard office technology and communication tools, including computers, telephones, video conferencing, email, and mobile devices.\n• Work may involve periods of frequent interruptions, changing priorities, competing deadlines, and time-sensitive projects.\n• The position may occasionally require work at other Salience locations, off-site meetings, community events, conferences, or vendor/partner locations.\n• Some work activities may occur in a clinical environment where exposure to normal healthcare-office conditions may occur.\n• The position may require occasional work outside of standard business hours to support events, launches, communications, or other time-sensitive marketing activities.\n\nCognitive Demands\n• Ability to organize, prioritize, and determine appropriate next steps when information or direction may be incomplete.\n• Ability to maintain sustained attention to detail and accuracy during writing, editing, proofreading, data review, project coordination, and quality assurance activities.\n• Ability to shift between strategic thinking and detailed execution while maintaining awareness of overall priorities.\n• Ability to communicate complex clinical, operational, or technical information clearly and appropriately for different audiences.\n• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and adapt to changing priorities without compromising quality.\n• Ability to remember and manage numerous details, action items, deadlines, approvals, and follow-up requirements.\n• Ability to maintain professionalism and effective communication when working with individuals who have differing priorities, perspectives, communication styles, or levels of urgency.\n\nPhysical Demands\n• Regularly sit and work at a computer or workstation for extended periods.\n• Frequently use hands and fingers for keyboarding, writing, typing, operating a mouse, and using other office technology.\n• Frequently communicate verbally in person, by telephone, and through video conferencing.\n• Frequently look at computer monitors, mobile devices, printed materials, and other visual displays.\n• Occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach,
