Job Overview Registered Nurse (RN) at The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation – you will embody our mission to heal and empower patients with compassion, innovation, and state‑of‑the‑art medical care. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate nursing care to patients and families during shifts. Oversee patient care, including medication administration, assessment, and coordination with the health‑care team. Administer intravenous therapy such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other prescribed treatments. Maintain established nursing standards and comply with institutional policies. Lead LPNs and other team members, promoting teamwork with physicians and other departments. Conduct patient assessments prior to administering medications. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education and Experience Graduate from an accredited nursing school. Preferred but not required: two or more years' experience as an RN. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Licenses & Certifications Valid RN license in the state of employment in good standing. BLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained throughout employment. ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification required within 3 months of hire. ACLS and ONC certifications preferred.
