Reporting into the Director of Programmes, theManufacturing OperationsSystemTechnical Programme Managerwill managethe delivery of our hardware builds through our manufacturing supply chain, with a focus on our contract manufacturing partner in Taiwan. This role will act as the key interface betweenFractile and our Taiwan-based contract manufacturer, ensuringsuccessful execution fromPCBA builds, throughchassis builds, tofull rack-scale system integration . You will work closely withFractile’smanufacturingoperations,supplychain,manufacturingtestandhardware teamsto manage build plans, material readiness, schedules, risks, and delivery milestones. What You’ll Do Hardware Programme Delivery Ownandmaintainthesystembuildmanufacturingprogramme planfrom NPIthrough to mass production Coordinate delivery of materials, BOMs, documentation, testrequirementsand engineering inputs to the contract manufacturer Track progress across PCBA, chassis, system integration, and rack-scale builds Identify,manageand mitigaterisks related to material shortages, build delays, quality issues, and engineering blockers Run build readiness reviews, status meetings, action trackers, and post-build retrospectives. Provide clear updates to internal stakeholders on build status, risks, and nextsteps. Co-ordinateNPI, prototype builds, qualification, and production ramp Leadsystembuildprogramme reviews that surface risk early and clearly and contribute to overall programme portfolio reviews Willingness to travel to Taiwan and supplier or manufacturing sites asrequired In addition, you will contribute to the development of the Programmes Team: Contribute to the design and rollout of scalable programme management practices acrossFractile, covering planning, forecasting, reporting, risk and change control Bring proven patterns frompreviousenvironments and adapt them to our development stage,paceand constraints rather than importing process for its own sake Helpestablishshared tooling, templates and review cadences that work consistently across silicon, hardware,manufacturingand software workstreams WhatWe’reLooking For Experience: 5+ yearsin technical project, programme, manufacturing, NPI, or operations management for hardware products Strong understanding of hardware manufacturing, supply chain dependencies, and contract manufacturing workflows Ability to manage complex schedules,multiple stakeholders,technical dependencies, supplier risks, and cross-functional executionacrossmanufacturing, supply chain, hardware engineering, and external partners Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, rapidly scalingstartup environmentbuilding processon the way Familiarity with EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp processes Experience with AI hardware, data centre hardware, servers, accelerators, or high-performancecomputesystems Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project or PLM systems Leadership and Communication Highly organised with strong prioritisation discipline Structured thinker with rigorous risk management instincts Clear, concise communicator able tooperateconfidently with both engineers and executives AboutFractile Founded in 2022, team of100+ which is expandingrapidlyq Modern, open offices in London and Bristol Collaborative, problem-solving culture built on deep curiosity, entrepreneurialinitiativeand technical fluency Full-stack engagement: Our teams include some of the UK’s leading technologists and leaders across hardware, software, silicon, and system modelling, all work closely together to create a product with global, generational impact Export control and security clearance Certain roles may involve working on technologies subject to export restrictions.
