I am a local State Farm Insurance Agent looking to hire an outgoing and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public. Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. You will work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. You will use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

As an agent team member, you will receive base pay plus commission/bonus, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), health benefits (medical, vision, dental), valuable experience in the product lines of property, casualty, life, health, bank and mutual fund products, growth potential/opportunity for advancement in my agency, and a potential signing bonus.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Our office is located in 7511 Tazewell Pike, Corryton, TN 37721. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a second generation State Farm agent.
