SALARY
$17.50/Hour



REPORTS TO:
Building Administrator/Supervisor

MAJOR DUTIES:

1. Maintains extensive information and record files for the supervisor and makes such files available to authorized personnel.
2. Maintains stock and simple account records in accordance with prescribed routine.
3. Obtains, gathers and organizes pertinent data as needed and puts it into usable form.
4. Performs the usual office routines and practices associated with a busy yet productive and smoothly run office.
5. Operates various office machines, including personal computer and copiers.
6. Exercises independent judgement in the application of prescribed procedure and methods to routine situations.
7. Performs typing and computer tasks and does related work as required.
