Locum MD (Medical Doctor), DO (Osteopathic Doctor) Emergency Medicine

As a Locum MD/DO in Emergency Medicine, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality medical services to patients in urgent need. Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients Perform thorough patient assessments and diagnosis Implement appropriate treatment plans in a timely manner Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in emergency settings Document patient information accurately and efficiently Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations Participate in continuous medical education and training Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Active medical license in the state of practice Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency program Experience in an emergency department setting is preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Commitment to providing patient-centered care Schedule: 7p-7a Level III trauma Annual Volume: 55,000 patients 32 ED beds Will not respond to codes Support Staff: APPs EMR: Meditech Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses #J-18808-Ljbffr
