A commercial property management company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for an exciting opportunity with their team. This position will travel to assigned commercial properties to perform routine maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure each property remains safe, functional, and well maintained.


The Maintenance Technician will work on a variety of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between assigned properties. Qualified Maintenance Technicians will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years of building maintenance experience, preferably within commercial properties.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and the ability to work flexible hours, including on-call and weekends as needed.
