Travel OR RN - Surgical Services

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts are 10 hours from 7a - 5:15p and 12 hours from 7a - 7p.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel OR RN to join our Surgical Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care within the operating room, ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team during operations, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Monitor patients' vitals and communicate any changes to the surgical team.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
• Participate in patient assessments and planning of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Ability to float to the surgery center as needed.
