$28–$32/hr | Full-time, year-round | 4-day workweek (4 x 10-hour days) We build paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces across Maine. We're hiring an experienced installer to join one of our install crews. This isn't an entry-level job. You already know how to install, and you take pride in work that passes inspection the first time. What you'll do
- Be part of a crew that installs our outdoor living projects. You'll do the hands-on installation of the major features we build: patios, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and more.
- Work a project from excavation through installation and cleanup.
- Maintain our safety and cleanliness standards on every jobsite.
- Uphold MOS core values and be a leader on the job site.
- 2+ years of hardscape or landscape installation experience
- Paver and retaining wall installation experience
- Can read and follow plans
- Valid driver's license (non-CDL) and reliable daily transportation to our Standish shop
- A smartphone you can use for JobTread
- Can lift 80 lbs and work outdoors in all Maine weather, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Skid steer and mini excavator operation
- Basic masonry
- Year-round, full-time work. No seasonal layoffs.
