Community Conversation Facilitator (Temp) – New YorkLOCATION: New YorkWHAT YOU'LL DOTFA Community Conversation Facilitators are responsible for facilitating belonging-focused conversations over food in-person with groups of ~10 1st and 2nd year corps members. Facilitators will receive conversation guidance, engage in 1-2 hours of training, facilitate the ~1 hour conversation, and participate in a 30-60 minute debrief. Conversations/meals will happen in the winter (Wednesday, 12/9 from 5:00-8:00pm ET and Saturday, 12/12 from 10:00am-1:00pm ET) and spring 2027.WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (~6 hours/facilitation):Internalize and prepare for the conversations/meals, including preparing model reflections to share with corps members (1 hour)Attend 1-2 hours of training and rehearsalFacilitate the conversations/meals (1 hour)Spend 30-60 minutes to debrief the conversations/mealsMust be available to facilitate all dates in personYOUR EXPERIENCEAt least 3 years of professional work experience, with at least some experience in direct experience & belonging work and/or experience & belonging development with adultsAt least 2 years of ECE-12 teaching experience with demonstrated student success (academic outcomes and student experience)Exemplary experience & belonging facilitation with adults, including the ability to be responsive and agile in-the-momentA core belief that people can learn, grow, and changeA commitment to ongoing learningDeep self-awarenessDemonstrated success working across various lines of differenceYOUR COMPENSATIONThe applicable salary range for each U.S.-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers according to a cost-of-labor index in that geographic area. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. These ranges may be modified in the future.Tier A: $25.68 / hourlyTier B: $28.03 / hourlyTier C: $30.29 / hourly
