We are seeking a dedicated Preventative Maintenance Technician to help keep our property operating safely, efficiently, and reliably through routine inspections and proactive care. What Will You Be Doing? Perform scheduled preventative maintenance across building systems and guest-facing areas Inspect, test, and service equipment including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical components Document inspections, repairs, and performance trends for engineering leadership Identify potential issues and recommend proactive solutions Keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean, safe, and organized Assist with minor repairs as needed to support overall engineering operations What Will You Bring to the Role? High School education or equivalent. Must be able to read and write in English Must be able to perform basic math 3 to 4 years previous experience as a general repairman preferred. Ability to use all general repair tools Ability to read simple drawings and specifications Ability to make rough estimates of required materials Ability to recognize early warning signs of mechanical issues and take corrective action Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills A team-first attitude and a commitment to consistent, high-quality work Availability to work mornings Monday through Friday, including weekends or holidays as needed What is In It for You?
