Immigration Paralegal

Supporting a high-volume corporate immigration program, the part-time Immigration Paralegal will manage legal filings, coordinate case management, and oversee program activities remotely while focusing on H-1B case management and related immigration processes. Key responsibilities Prepare and file H-1B petitions, L-1 transfers, and PERM labor certifications Coordinate case management tasks, including employee questionnaire completion and case status updates Monitor visa expirations and manage USCIS electronic filing steps Required qualifications Extensive experience in US corporate immigration, particularly with H-1B, L-1, PERM, and I-140/I-485 processes Familiarity with case management platforms like INSZoom and HRIS/Workday integration Proven ability to meet compliance-driven deadlines Strong organizational skills for tracking case progress and managing documentation UK immigration experience is a plus
