Sr. Financial Analyst

Cloaked is a privacy startup dedicated to rebuilding consumer trust in how personal data is used. Our vision is to create an internet that serves the needs of its users, first and foremost-with individual privacy and opt-in at the core. Our product is a virtual "cloak" that you use as you visit any website - Facebook, Amazon, etc. It lets you choose to share all, some, or none of your private information based on your personal preference.

About the Role
We're looking for a strategic finance operator who can take over FP&A execution grow with the business. You'll own the company model, drive ad hoc analysis, and represent finance cross-functionally. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting or banking foundation who has made the transition into high-growth startup finance and is ready to go deep on a single company.

What will you do?

• Own and maintain the company financial model, adding complexity as the business grows
• Build financial models for new initiatives including Cloaked Pay and international expansion
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses independently, covering budget variance, scenario planning, and pricing and packaging
• Represent finance in cross-functional calls and vendor/contract negotiations
• Support commission modeling and work with stakeholders to maintain CRM hygiene tied to compensation workflows
• Interface with the engineering team on COGS-related projects and adjacent finance systems
• Partner closely with the CFO as an extension of the finance function across strategic business questions

What skills and experiences will help you?

• Background in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, or similar) or investment banking with a demonstrated problem-structuring and -solving mindset
• Direct hands-on experience in FP&A or strategic finance at a high-growth startup
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build and maintain complex models from scratch
• Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous business problems into components and work through them systematically
• Extensive total experience, with a mix of non-MBA or post-MBA consulting/banking plus in-house rapidly growing startup finance exposure

What's nice to have?

• RevOps experience or a credible track record picking up adjacent operational systems quickly
• Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and the finance workflows that support them (commission calculations, CRM, contract ops)
• AI fluency and native comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis and reduce manual lift
• Experience at a company with a complex or evolving product portfolio

Cloaked is a well-funded Series B startup based out of NYC. Although we are a distributed team, the NYC team operates with a hybrid model.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer above market rate pay and equity based off of the market's best commercially available data. Your compensation will be a combination of salary, bonus and equity.

We offer flexible work arrangements and the ability to work remotely as needed. Cloaked provides a home office stipend in addition to a new company laptop (and other tech depending on the role).
