Guest Arrival Ambassador - Reception DCO

Join us and help bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to people from around the world. We're seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard‑working individuals to become our Ambassadors. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide park information to visitors Perform guest reservation check‑in/check‑out functions using computer Perform guest bag checks Maintain cleanliness of all park areas, including trash removal and sweeping Quickly resolve guest challenges by providing exceptional guest service Distribute available lockers to guests while maintaining cleanliness of locker facilities Perform guest check‑in functions for in‑park activities Provide informational tours for small groups of up to 12 guests Maintain a safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills Intermediate computer skills Excellent guest service skills Cash handling skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to walk in sand Ability to lift 30 pounds Ability to push/pull 50 pounds with assistance Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes Available to work 2 full days per week Available to work shifts starting as early as 5:30 AM and ending as late as 11:00 PM (for special events) Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred Benefits Ambassadors will enjoy a fun, fast‑paced environment and great teammates FREE park admission Discounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friends Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. Scholarship opportunities Exclusive employee events and giveaways SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
