They are seeking a People And Culture Generalist to join their team. Your day-to-day as a People And Culture Generalist Manage employee relations, including performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS data entry for new hires Administer benefits, compensation, and leave programs while ensuring compliance Conduct audits of employee records and support policy development and implementation Guide and mentor People & Culture Coordinators and support company events Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives Your skills and experience Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HRIS systems Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality Resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
