Nurse Navigator RN

Summary:
Following a collaborative team model, the Nurse Navigator identifies and manages high risk patient populations, coordinates their care, and provides safe, age-appropriate patient care.

Credentials:

• Registered Nurse License
• BSN or higher preferred
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association is required

Experience:

• 1-3 years

Pay Range: $40.12 to $62.19 Based On Experience
