We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: AI Governance & Operations Consultant / Ops/Governance Technical Business AnalystLocation: Chantilly, VAJob Summary:The Ops/Governance Technical Business Analyst will manage the AI Program's Operations & Governance help desk and develop automation solutions. This includes establishing an AI helpdesk to handle use case intake, consulting, reporting/troubleshooting technical issues, setup assistance, and Q&A, serving as the primary point of contact for the AI Program.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage AI Program Operations & Governance help desk.Build and implement automation solutions to streamline processes.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues.Assist in the setup and configuration of AI systems and tools.Serve as a consultant for AI use case intake and evaluation.Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for AI operations.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in technical business analysis or a similar role.Strong understanding of AI technologies and governance frameworks.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
