Vehicle Owner Experience Escalation Specialist
EPITEC
EPITEC is seeking an Executive Liaison to provide customer service support for vehicle owners and serve as an escalation point for issues. Responsibilities include managing customer cases and engaging with customers through various channels. The successful candidate will exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills. A college degree is preferred but may be substituted with relevant experience.
