Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our teen and young adult outpatient treatment center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and structured group therapy sessions that provide clients with opportunities to share their experiences, foster connections, and gain new perspectives.

• Individualized Therapy: Deliver empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions, guiding clients through their personal challenges by helping them explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to design tailored treatment plans grounded in their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and client feedback to track treatment efficacy, and adjust plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications\n
