Mechanical Design Engineer SrYou will be the Mechanical Design Engineer for the Long Range Maneuvering Fires (LRMF) Program team. Our team is responsible for designing, building, and testing a demonstration missile, as well as developing a tactical/objective missile design.What You Will Be DoingAs the Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the development of launch canister and missile hardware, creating innovative solutions to complex design issues, and overcoming testing challenges on a tight timeline. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering is required. • Experience with CREO (Pro/Engineer) and PTC Windchill is required. • Experience with creating engineering drawings in accordance with ASME Y14.100 is required. • Basic understanding interpreting and developing GD&T in accordance with ASME Y14.5 is required. • Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills are required. • Needs ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance.
