Material Handler Lancaster, WI | On-Site 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience A well-established job shop manufacturing company in Lancaster, WI is seeking a Material Handler to join their manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to be part of a company that values reliability and promotes from within. This position is available because a current team member has advanced into a machinist role. Key Responsibilities Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility Deliver materials to production areas to support manufacturing Load, unload, and organize incoming materials Assist with shipping and receiving activities Maintain organized inventory and storage areas Help keep the shop clean, safe, and running efficiently Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Forklift experience is helpful but not required—we'll provide training Ability to work independently while also supporting the production team Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Attributes Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Commitment to supporting the company’s Safety Policy in daily activities Familiarity with applicable ISO procedures and quality standards Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Compensation & Benefits $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience Competitive benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr
