Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 1-2 years in an acute care facility License: RN License Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Experience in an acute care facility, ability to float within a 25-mile radius. Description: This role is for an ICU Nurse providing care in a trauma setting. The facility employs a staff of more than 1,200 healthcare professionals. It serves a large service area with a variety of medical specialties. The nurse will be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 4:1 during day shifts. The position may involve floating to other departments as needed. The department utilizes Meditech for electronic health records. A focus on excellent patient care and teamwork is essential. Common diagnoses may include critical cases requiring advanced intervention. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
