Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 1 year of call center or phone-based customer service experience required Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while on calls Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/call management systems Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

Job Duties Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers with questions related to orders, returns, repairs, services, and account updates Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM and internal systems Process service requests and transactions with attention to detail De-escalate concerns using active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and attendance Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, and procedures
