We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter with deep talent acquisition experience and industry knowledge to hire across our Commercial and Enterprise Sales teams, along with other Go To Market functions (Marketing, Customer Success, Product Support and more). We need you because… You’re a Sales/GTM Recruiter that is passionate about finding, qualifying, and closing great talent while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout all points of the interview process You’re comfortable building strong, trusted advisor relationships across all levels of leadership with the organizations you support You have a knack for identifying process improvements and using data to influence stakeholders You thrive in a close-knit, fast-moving environment that gives you ownership of your work so you can make a real impact on the business You enjoy learning and tackling new challenges with curiosity and growth mindset WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, closing) for a diverse mix of roles varying in seniority and complexity Partner closely with teams to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies, leveraging best practices to ensure quality hiring decisions Use data and insights to influence the business on key decisions related to talent or business objectives Help drive process optimization efforts on the team, and/or contribute to cross-functional projects and programs Reliably use our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and other tools in our recruiting tech stack Work cross-functionally with People Partners, Finance, and other internal teams on headcount prioritization Be a culture champion for Box through authentic storytelling WHO YOU ARE We are an AI-first company. This means you approach your work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions that will 10X your impact at Box 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a track record of closing in-demand talent Sales recruiting experience for a technology company required Additional exposure to technical recruiting or GTM recruiting preferredFluent with key recruiting metrics and data that help inform optimal recruiting processes Knowledge of sourcing strategies that build diverse pipelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and simplifying complexity Approaches work with a team-centric, solutions oriented mindset Demonstrated track record of building strong cross-functional relationships Ability to work in office at least 3 days a week At Box, we believe unique and diverse experiences benefit our culture, our products, our customers, our company, and our world.
