Start Date: ASAP
Scheduled details: 12hr Days
Unit: ICU-CVICU
Experience Requirements: 3 yrs CV ICU -Will have to pass an EKG test
Weekend: every other weekend
Holidays: yes on Memorial Day
No Oncall
Float: May float to Glenbrook MICU, Evanston ICU or Highland Park ICU if needed.
License/ Certification Requirements: Active IL lic, CPR,ACLS, NIHSS
