Quality Control Associate

Base pay range $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Terms: Contract W2 Duration: 12 Months Contract (Will Get Extended for Long) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Candidate must be someone near the office or can travel to the office without any problem. Recruitment Consultant at Aequor Technologies | Pharma & Biotech Industry The ideal candidate for this role is: A recent graduate (or early-career professional) with a Bachelor’s in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field, OR a candidate with hands‑on QC GMP experience who may not hold a degree. Highly trainable and eager to learn analytical testing techniques in a regulated QC lab. Brings strong reliability, time management, and a collaborative attitude to the team. Comfortable with basic computer skills and documentation systems. Familiarity with GMP principles is a plus, but not a strict requirement. Job Summary Under general supervision, this position performs routine laboratory testing and related activities in support of Quality Control operations. The role requires adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements while supporting analytical testing, documentation, and laboratory operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
