ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2023 and has quickly grown into a close-knit team of seven who work together to help customers protect their future. Before becoming an agent, I was a business owner providing financial services to small businesses, which gave me a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and customer-focused solutions.

Im originally from El Salvador, married with five kids, and very family-oriented. I graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in engineering and have always had a passion for helping people build a strong financial future. That purpose-driven mindset shapes the way I lead our team and serve our customers.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mauricio Interiano - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
