Our firm is comprised of award-winning predictive modelers, experienced data analysts, advanced technologists, and a group of dynamic business professionals.The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting the full range of human resources functions at Voloridge, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation. This position will serve as a trusted resource for employees while helping to create a positive, engaging, and productive workplace. At Voloridge, we place a strong emphasis on cultivating an exceptional employee experience and workplace culture, and the HR Generalist will play a key role in strengthening and sustaining that culture across the organization.Summary of Job FunctionsAdminister new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finishServe as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on company policies and helping resolve workplace concernsAdminister employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and 401(k) enrollmentEnsure company practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsManage a robust intern program, including onboarding, mentorship coordination, curated calendar of professional and social events, travel, and development of meaningful project work for interns.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentialityPartner with management and leadership to develop, update, and implement HR policies and proceduresSupport performance management processes, including annual reviews, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actionsCoordinate and help deliver employee training and professional development programsAssist with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and administration of merit increasesManage leave of absence requests and processes, including FMLA, short/long-term disability, and other statutory leave programsConduct workplace investigations as needed and prepare thorough, accurate documentationSupport initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and strong employee engagementPrepare HR reports and metrics for review by leadershipPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedMinimum Requirements5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar broad-based human resources roleBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and EEO regulationsExperience working with HRIS systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organizationStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretionThe ability to work daily, onsite in our Jupiter officePreferred Skills and Previous ExperiencePHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certificationFamiliarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS platformsCompensation and BenefitsHighly competitive base salaryProfit sharing bonusHealth, dental, vision, life, disability insurance401KVoloridge Investment Management is an SEC registered investment advisor and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
