What does a Rouse Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) do? Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents. Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding residents as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning residents; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals. Provides resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting residents; answering residents’ call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the resident to nursing supervisor. Ensure that the dignity of all residents is preserved as you carry out working tasks. Enhances nursing department by working together as a team to accept ownership for tasks while exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. What are the requirements to be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at the Rouse? Must be fully certified through the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) .
