This role is responsible for elevating customer experience, driving department-level sales performance, and ensuring smooth operational and merchandising execution. The Department Manager will oversee a team of Brand Associates, supporting training, development, and overall productivity while acting as a key leader on the sales floor.This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong operational acumen, and the ability to guide and motivate a team in a high-volume, high-visibility environment.
