Maintain member satisfaction as a top priority and stand for long periods while assisting members quickly and accurately. Act as a problem solver, tackling obstacles head‑on to ensure each task is completed with excellence. Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members. Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions they may have. Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area. Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicating with the team and being flexible to business needs. Demonstrate expertise in floor operations, back‑room operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance and sanitization. Prepare meat products (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) according to established standards, cut boneless meat, and maintain product quality standards. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality. Ensure operational excellence, maintain work area per company policies, maintain quality and date‑control standards for meat products, secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored per policies. Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member’s experience, modeling high‑quality service and products, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Apply company policies, procedures, and ethics standards and implement related action plans, using the Open Door Policy. Use policies, data, and resources to prioritize work, collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners, determine and recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change and feedback. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must complete mandatory job‑required training and assessments within a prescribed period if hired.
